Yvonne Collie draws on her years of storytelling experience and the love and understanding of children. Yvonne is a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 10.

Yvonne’s goal is to create and distribute educational materials with messages that encourage children to make healthy and intelligent decisions. Yvonne writes, illustrates and narrates all of the Jake’s World storybook videos. She develops the concepts and then adapts them to video.

The subject matter for the stories is determined by area of need and by recommendations from educators, ranging from classroom teachers to substance abuse counselors, from university professors to physicians and concerned civic leaders. All of the Jake’s World videos are designed for audiences from Pre K to 3rd grade.

Yvonne has received the recognition of the community for her efforts in standing up for our nations children and has earned a national reputation for high quality and effective educational materials.
